Perfect Pony Parties always follow a strict Health and Safety Policy and carry out thorough risk assessments, but horse riding still remains an activity where accidents can happen. In booking one of our events you accept this risk and agree to abide by all safety instructions.
I understand that there is an element of risk involved in horse-riding activities and Perfect Pony Parties will not be held liable for injury or accidents occurring during horse-riding sessions.
£50 deposit requested to reserve your party. Remaining payment must be made seven days prior to the party date booked.
All pony parties are charged per child attending. This allows us to prepare ponies, party bags and seating so every child is included.
The birthday child’s parents can arrive a maximum of 15mins before the party to set up if needed.
Safety helmets are provided, children will not be allowed to ride without wearing one.
Children must wear appropriate footwear & legs must be covered. No open toe shoes please. Your child is welcome to dress up but tights/leggings under dresses and skirts please.
Pony rides have a weight limit of 7 stone for smaller ponies & 9 stone for taller ponies.
A safety briefing will be conducted prior to commencement of the party.
We do have car parking however space is limited. We recommend car sharing where possible.
We can NOT wait for late arrivals, if you have made a booking for a specific time, your session time will start. We have other bookings we need to accommodate.
Once a party has finished, we allow 15mins maximum for the yard to be vacated. Again we have other bookings to be taken into consideration.
We do not allow other animals to visit our property, please do NOT turn up with your dog(s).
If you need to cancel your party you have two weeks prior to the booking date to do so.
